The Unit in west London are hosting a rather special event in the latter half of December. Utopia is a group show consisting of a plethora of artists who have contributed work with the brief "to explore themes of hope, optimism and happiness"
The gallery are working together with Shelter, the national campaign for homeless people.
20% from the sale of the art on show will be donated to Shelter as well as some of the artists donating 100%

" The gallery will be fully transformed into a 'Utopia' for the show, with neon installation, bespoke flooring and set design - it will be a spectacle as much as an exhibition.!"
Quite a few of the artists involved are no strangers to artbleat including Andrew McAttee, Copyright, Pure Evil, Carrie Reichardt, Snik etc... and a quick google search on some of the names I haven't encountered have turned up some pleasant surprises.
There is a lot more info on the Unit London's facebook page HERE
In order to promote this event and help to remind us all how lucky we are to have a roof over our heads, The Unit London, as one part of their campaign have been busy producing a short film, which you can see below.
The private view will take place on Wednesday 18th December from 6-10pm.
