LONDON: BEAR CUB GALLERY PRESENTS THE ARK

Friday 26th September see the doors on The Ark open to the public. Bear Cub Gallery's adventurous first show teams up some of the brightest and most intriguing talent from the international Contemporary and Urban art worlds. Artists including (but not limited to) Mark Powell, Chemical X, Louis Masai, Noe Two and Snik have been challenged to produce two pieces of work depicting endangered or Red listed animals. These will then be showcased 2x2 on The Ark. The gallery space in the Crypt on The Green, Clerkenwell will be transformed into "an installation as epic as the theme."

Although the name Bear Cub Gallery could suggest white walls and ice white spotlights, that could not be further from the truth, they are in their own words " A Contemporary Art events company, curating concept driven exhibitions worldwide" Having been aware of Bear Cub from it's conception and knowing the planning that has gone into making The Ark an event that promises to Wow and amaze, I am more than a bit excited to see the final result.
There will be an opening night PV on Thursday and if you are quick you might be able to squeeze on the guest list by contacting info@bearcubgallery.com but as I said do be quick.
If you can't make it I will be there with camera in hand to capture the scene straight from curtain up.
