The author and some of the artists will be present during these launch parties to happily sign regular copies of Walls and Frames sold at a lower price specially for the occasion."

The hand painted sleeves measure up at 70 x 26,5 cm each

The sleeves are independent pieces, not added or glued to the books.

They will available flat or folded into the book.

POW EVOL/GROUP SHOW OPENING

We managed to make it to POW for the non VIP private opening on Thursday, (after being made to queue in the rain by over zealous security guards, to get into a less than full gallery) I was more than impressed by the attention to detail that went into the Evol stencil work on cardboard, well worth a look if you can get down to east London before Christmas Eve. LONDON: SPACE INVADER ATTACK OF THE SPACE WAFFLES

Invader lands in London on Thursday 1st December for the private view, I have no idea if I will be able to get into this one so I might only be posting a photo of the front door tomorrow night. But it looks like being fun, a good way to kick off the Christmas run up of shows and print releases.

The Outsiders will also be running a 12 days of Christmas promotion where they will be releasing a print or arty item on their website every day from the 1st to the 12th of December. Invader will be featured in this at some point

Signal Gallery host their second Punk Art show from 25th November to 17th December.
Featuring art from some of the biggest pioneers of the Punk movement

The role call is a lot bigger than last years sell out show and again curated by Gaye Black/Advert.

On the four Saturdays of the show, live music will be played in the gallery by participating artists and others. The current lineup is as follows, but there may well be a few last minute surprises:

26th Nov - The Near Future

3rd Dec - Thee Spivs

10th Dec - Jowe Head and the Demi Monde

17th Dec - Charlie Harper and Knox

The show is dedicated to the memory of Poly Styrene, X-Ray Spex vocalist who featured in last years show.

I guess we will see next week when his show opens at The Outsiders in London.

DAN KITCHENER: TOKYO NEON

Dan Kitchener has dropped his second print for 1XRun titled Tokyo Neon.

Its a limited timed release in the form of a hand finished Giclee print, measuring 17" X 18" and printed on 330gsm archival paper.

As I bring you this exciting news there are only 27 remaining from the edition size of 50, so like Dan's first 1XRun offering it should be gone in 24 hours.
